'Limitations, disclaimer, & privacy' agreement

General - I will not do readings for gambling purposes, to reveal others intentional secrets, or to specify medical decisions. Nor will I assist in any fashion with any spell or activity of a malicious, harmful, vengeful or otherwise dark nature. Though I have considerable knowledge of many fields, I am not a certified or practicing professional in any (other than ministry). My advice comes from a subjective, interpretative reality; any correspondence with the tangible objective reality which is the basis for all professional counseling and consulting in matters of relationships, financial management, career planning, etc. is merely a blessing. My advice may not have any basis in scientific or statistical reasoning or modern behavioral analysis. Use your own judgement and the opinions of professionals. My advice should be considered as food for thought, or as more possibilities to consider with your own judgement. My advice is often wrong, though the methods I employ are the same by which I frequently guide my own life. Keep in mind, my life is a spiritual one, and not very conventional.

- I often do readings on the side of client readings to see how to administer the reading and interpret the true nature of a clients questions; Once a clients reading was untruthful about the nature of their reality, yet my side reading instructed me to read the cards as they were. My side reading indicated there were things my client was not ready to know yet, and an alternative explanation would have to suffice at that point in their development.

Minors - If you are a minor, I will need the consent of a parent or legal guardian who will assume all responsibility for events proceeding from our interaction before I can offer any consulting or spiritual assistance. Guardians are hereby advised that my goal in consultation is usually to broaden and steer the theosophy, philosophy, & social expectations of my clients towards a positive and liberally minded life experience. I believe in honest communication of ideas. I believe children should understand conventional sexual function around the age of 10, and be prepared to form & discuss their opinions of it by the age 13. I believe spiritual belief systems should be part of a persons subject matter from the time they have subject matter.

Privacy - I would like to be free to discuss your issues with colleagues in a casual manner without using your name. I have no intentions to transfer any client data to other parties. Your privacy will be determined by the 'client form'. If you do not fill it out and I am not otherwise notified, I will presume any use of your information is to be used solely for my own records and to complete any past or current business transactions between us.

I do however reserve the right to surrender to law enforcement authorities any material which might help save a life. Clients will bear any legal costs associated with maintaining client confidentiality. For my own protection I reserve the right to make audio recordings or text transcriptions of our sessions. If you specify that I am not to keep such recordings, you in turn agree not to make recordings or testify concerning the content of our sessions. I am unlikely to make recordings, I just need to be able to defend myself against those who would misrepresent my consultations.

I am an honest and ethical person, but I hardly even believe in keeping birthday presents secret. I also meddle in personal and international events. I will always ask permission before using your name or identifying features. Discussing your case generically with my peers is to your advantage, my future clients, and the future clients of my peers. I will treat confessions in the traditional manner if you wish.

Email and other forms of electronic communication are not very private. You should notice for instance the correlation between the content of websites you visit and advertisements on your computer. In an age of angels and profiling, I have nothing to hide; If you do, I suggest communicating in a bathyscaph.

You are free to publicize any readings provided that each reading is published in it's entirety and I share the copyright. You may not publish collections of readings with other clients of mine without my permission.

I am not in any way responsible for the installation or use of any computer hardware or software I recommend.

My most heartfelt promise, as God is my witness, is that I am operating to the best of my abilities on your behalf without jeopardizing the welfare of society.

Quality of service - Unless specified, I do not guarantee that I will be utilizing particular methods of arriving at advice. My consultation is based in large part upon opinions derived from my personal experiences and studies. My principal tool for clarification is the tarot deck, but I may use other methods instead or as well.

Delivery of service -  This is a volunteer service. I make no promises, follow no guidelines, and offer no liability. It might be quite a while before I even return your email.
